The large downward force supplied by BuoyTec Elastic Mooring provides sufficient stability for technician to board buoy to install GPS antenna on BuoyTec 2.5 Meter Telemetry Buoy located in Canadian North Atlantic. Note high placement of telemetry antenna on top of buoy mast. Also note that 180 lb person on edge of buoy results in very little buoy tilt.
