monitoring acoustic signals from instruments mounted underneath BuoyTec NB-84 buoy, moored on a single-point BuoyTec Elastic Mooring, located 1 km from the platform. Elastic , taut mooring of the buoy provided for accurate spacing of the hydrophones relative to the sound source aboard FLIP.
